General Terms and Conditions
Scope:
All prices in our internet shop are fixed prices for cash sales and contain the legal VAT (Momentarily 19%. If the tax rate changes, our prices will increase or decrease accordingly.
Compliance:
Ownership and usage of weapons and all other products needing legal compliance.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that the Deliverables comply with all local laws (whether consumer, public or civil), regulations and codes in all countries in which use is intended as stated in the Contract.
It shall also be the Client's responsibility to ensure that the Deliverables carry all disclaimers, warnings and public information which any competent lawyer of the Client in any of the relevant jurisdictions would advise.Accordingly the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company Kieferle GmbH and the Companies agents and employees from any liability, cost, loss, damages award, sum payable by way of settlement or other expense of any kind (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any claim, demand or action alleging that the Deliverables or use of them are contrary to any law, code or regulation in any country.
Payment and Delivery:
After receiving your order, we will send you an invoice per post or fax. This invoice will include delivery
costs. Your order will be posted as soon as the invoice sum is transferred to one of our accounts.
We have no minimum order value and are willing to deliver low value orders. Please consider that the relation of delivery costs for orders under 40 € is relatively high.
Right of Withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order until the time of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept order returns from abroad.
Export:
Export to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria:
For shipments with a merchandise value upto € 250.00 a freight charge of
€ 12.00 will be charged.
Any merchandise value higher than €250.00 will be delivered free of forwarding costs
Export to France, Great Britain, Liechtenstein and Switzerland:
For shipments with a merchandise value upto € 250.00 a freight charge of
€ 18.00 will be charged.
Any merchandise value higher than € 250.00 will be delivered free of forwarding costs
Export to Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and the Czech Republic:
A freight charge of € 40.00 applies for all shipments
Export to other EC countries:
A freight charge of € 65.00 applies for all shipments
Export to countries outside the EC:
Freight charges on request
Bulky goods:
An extra charge of € 34.80 will be applied for bulky goods.
Guarantee:
Our guarantee is based on the legal regulations, whereby in the case of faulty goods, you have a choice of repair or replacement. If the repair is unsuccessful or the replacement is also faulty you may exchange the product for a full refund or keep the product and we will give you a partial refund. Information about possible manufacturers guarantees can be found within the product documentation.
Governing law and jurisdiction:
This Contract and any relevant interaction between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany in relation to any claim, dispute or difference which may arise hereunder or in relation to any relevant interaction between the parties prior to this Contract.
